New coordinators salaries released

The salaries of Auburn’s new coordinators was released Friday afternoon.

Defensive coordinator Ellis Johnson, 60, will earn $800,000 and offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee, 29, will earn $350,000, per an Auburn spokesman. The lengths of their contracts was not yet available.

In his one season at Southern Miss, Johnson earned $790,000, according to USA Today, and Lashlee was earning $90,000 at Arkasnas State, per information from a Freedom of Information Act request by ArkansasSports360.com.

Outgoing coordinators Scot Loeffer and Brian VanGorder were earning $500,000 and $850,000, respectively.
