Jordan Price named SEC Freshman of the Week

Auburn guard Jordan Price was named SEC Freshman of the Week in men’s basketball after a strong play last week against Grambling State and Furman including a perfect performance from 3-point range.

Price averaged 14 points in the two wins, putting up identical stat lines by going 5-of-6 from the field and 4-of-4 from 3-point range, while playing just 17.5 minutes per game.

Price a Decatur, Ga., native, came into the two games averaging only 5.3 points and shooting 34.8 from 3-point range and 31.7 percent from the field.
